Recreation Room Damaged by Storm

It's No Fun To Have a Flood

This recreation room needed to have its flooring removed after it flooded. The floor was just vinyl tile but the flood water had gotten underneath causing them to unstick and peel away.

The crew from SERVPRO of Geauga quickly removed the excess water from the room and started removing the vinyl tiles. All of them had to be removed in order to dry out the concrete as well. We pressure washed the floor and disinfected it. We then dried out the walls and flooring.

The floor is now ready to be replaced as soon as the homeowners can make up their mind on if they want ceramic tiles or carpet.
